Service Delivery Manager

The SDM position is responsible for managing all facets of the customer experience related to Patriot Advisors cloud offerings. In this role you will work with customer contacts to understand their business and how our solutions support their business and facilitate resolution to any issues or concerns that arise. the SDM oversees the delivery of services to Patriot's customers. The manager establishes policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

Job requirements and responsibilities :

  • Exceptional problem solving, issue resolution and customer service skills
  • Single point of contact on operational delivery for all day-to-day issues with our various offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business result
  • Responsible for creating customer metrics, analyzing trends and making recommendations to proactively manage customer relationship
  • Assume overall responsibility for customer satisfaction.
  • Spend 30-50% of the time
  • Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
  • English: Fluent / French : Fluent

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems /High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated prior engagement Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud offering (IBM, EMC, VMware,Virtustream,OpenStack,...)
  • Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player.
  • Able to work off hours when needed including weekends

Openstack Deployment Engineer

Primary responsibilities :

  • Plan and deploy OpenStack computing clouds for Patriot customers.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the customers during deployment projects.
  • Work with the Patriot back-end teams to resolve issues and improve our processes.
  • Integrate and implement supporting technologies

Qualifications :

  • Solid Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
  • Excellent understanding of Linux networking stack and tools.
  • Working experience with configuration management frameworks (Puppet, Chef).
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (KVM/PowerVM/VMWare) and understanding of the pros and cons of different types of virtualization.
  • Good scripting and programming experience (e.g., Shell, Python, Perl).
  • Working experience with OpenStack and/or CloudStack, VMWare vDirector or other cloud management frameworks
  • Good understanding of network gear and ability to configure switches and routers from different manufacturers
  • Good understanding of server hardware and experience deploying and configuring servers (Lenovo, Dell, EMC Storage, IBM Storage,...)
  • Readiness to travel 25% travel annually

Middleware Application Plateform Deployment Engineer

Primary responsibilities :

  • Ability to understand technical problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on software technology
  • Deploy complexe middleware architecture
  • Focus on enterprise architecture, business process management, enterprise integrations, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and systems management and governance

Qualifications :

  • Working experience with IBM Websphere Application Server , Websphere Portal, IBM PureApplication, UrbanCode Deploy, SmartCloud APM
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business to business pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or equivalent experience with Middleware Application Platform solutions
  • Minimum 2 years experience in software technical writing, presentation, and project facilitation
  • Readiness to travel 25% travel annually
  • English: Intermediate / French : Fluent
